Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All Gable & Grid products are custom-made to order. Production begins after your order has been received and all necessary photos and information have been provided.

Most orders are processed and produced within 5–10 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are separate from production time.

Typical shipping estimates:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment
  • International: 10–30 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Gable & Grid is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, Gable & Grid may be unable to modify the shipment. Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, Gable & Grid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at GableAndGrid@gmail.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at GableAndGrid@gmail.comand include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Gable & Grid is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
