Return & Refund Policy
At Gable & Grid, every piece is custom-created specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at GableAndGrid@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Custom Products
All Gable & Grid products are custom-made from customer-provided photographs and personalized specifications. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference regarding artwork style
- Customer-provided photo quality
- Ordering errors made by the customer
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- An order cannot be fulfilled by Gable & Grid, or
- A replacement cannot reasonably resolve a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
